These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website swipeyliveduels.com (the "Site"). By visiting or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the Site.

1. Who operates this Site

References to "we", "us" or "our" in these Terms mean INVAI LTD.

2. Adults only (18+)

The Site presents and promotes adult-oriented entertainment. It is intended exclusively for persons who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their place of residence if that age is higher. By using the Site you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must leave the Site immediately. We display an age confirmation screen before content is shown, and by confirming it you make the same representation.

3. Nature of the Site

The Site is a promotional landing page for Live Duels, a live entertainment format available on the third-party platform Swipey (swipey.ai). The Site itself:

• does not offer user accounts, registration, logins or profiles;
• does not sell products or services and does not process payments;
• does not host live streams, chats or interactive services; any on-page counters or demos are illustrative only;
• links out to swipey.ai, where the actual Swipey service is provided under Swipey's own terms and policies.

Any statistics, names, timers, counters or activity feeds shown on the Site are illustrative marketing content and do not represent live data.

4. Age gate and local storage

The Site uses your browser's sessionStorage to remember, for the duration of your browsing session only, that you confirmed you are 18 or older. This flag is stored on your device, is not transmitted to us, and is deleted automatically when your browser session ends. No other identifiers are stored by the Site on your device.

5. Analytics and outbound link tagging

Links from the Site to swipey.ai include UTM query parameters (such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and utm_content). These parameters tell the destination site that a visit originated from this Site and from which placement. They contain no personal information about you. Analytics based on these parameters are processed by the destination platform under its own privacy policy. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Third-party websites

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including swipey.ai and related promotional sites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, terms or privacy practices of third-party websites. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement beyond the promotional relationship described above.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and all of its content, including text, graphics, page layouts, code, imagery, video, logos and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to INVAI LTD and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, scrape or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written consent. "Swipey" and related marks are marks of their respective owner.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site, including by introducing malware or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any systems; (c) use automated means to access the Site in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce; or (d) misrepresent your age to access the Site.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of harmful components, or that any information on the Site is accurate, complete or current.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, INVAI LTD and its directors, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site shall not exceed one hundred euros (EUR 100). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless INVAI LTD from and against any claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Site at any time without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published on this page, together with its "Last updated" date, is the version in force. Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Site, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of Nicosia, Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
