This Privacy Policy explains how swipeyliveduels.com (the "Site") handles information when you visit. The short version: the Site is a static promotional page with no accounts, no forms and no advertising trackers set by us, so we collect almost nothing about you.

The Site does not offer registration, accounts, comment sections, newsletters or contact forms, and does not process payments. We do not ask for, and do not intentionally collect, your name, email address, or any other directly identifying information through the Site.

• Age confirmation flag. When you confirm you are 18 or older, a simple flag is stored in your browser's sessionStorage. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and is deleted when your browser session ends.
• Server and hosting logs. Our hosting and content delivery provider may automatically log technical data such as IP address, user agent, requested URLs and timestamps for security and operational purposes, as is standard for virtually all websites. We use such logs, if at all, only in aggregate or for abuse prevention.
• Fonts. The homepage loads web fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser therefore makes a request to Google's servers, which involves your IP address. This request is governed by Google's privacy policy.

3. Cookies and local storage

The Site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The only client-side storage used is the sessionStorage age confirmation flag described above, which qualifies as strictly necessary for operating an adults-only site and expires with your session.

4. UTM analytics on outbound links

Links from the Site to swipey.ai carry UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content). These describe the link you clicked, for example which button or image, and identify this Site as the traffic source. They do not contain personal data. Once you arrive at swipey.ai, any processing of your data, including analytics tied to those parameters, is governed by Swipey's own privacy policy, which we encourage you to read.

The Site links to swipey.ai and to related promotional sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party website. In summary, the third parties involved in serving this Site are: our hosting and CDN provider (technical delivery and logs), Google Fonts (font delivery), and the destination platform Swipey when you choose to click through.

Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, our limited processing rests on: (a) legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) for security logging and for measuring which placements on the Site generate interest, in a manner that does not identify you; and (b) legal obligation and legitimate interest in restricting access by minors for the age gate.

The Site does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar US state laws, and it does not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents nonetheless have the right to know, delete and correct personal information, the right to opt out of sale or sharing (not applicable, as none occurs), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. 9. Children and minors

We retain no visitor-level data ourselves. Technical logs held by our hosting provider are retained for the short periods defined by that provider's policies and are then deleted or anonymized.

The Site may be served from content delivery servers located worldwide. Where technical data is transferred outside the EEA, our providers rely on recognized safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

The Site is served over HTTPS and contains no databases of user information that could be breached. Hosting-level security is managed by our infrastructure provider.
